Yes 1 each, I made some smaller terrapins for the kids.
They weighed in well over 1 pound so veg and salad was optional - no one bothered!

I'm John. Just joined up. I have been cooking bbq for years.

Currently have a gas grill. A couple of smaller portable gas bbq's and a Pit Master.

I love slow cooking joints and birds but burgers are my favorite.

I had some family over last weekend so I thought i would treat them to something a little different.
