I have cooked this a few ways but like lamb cooked in a moroccan sytle, you can either butterfly the lamb (I do this) or cook whole. Mix the below and rub over meat, leave overnight in fridge

I thought the definition was you all sat round and cooked to order, which would mean you all standing outside cooking (not so good at this time of year)
Could maybe do a variation which would be skirt steaks caveman style ? Marinade them in a soy, chilli type sauce overnight. Then heat the bbq ...
