Just back from Bristol... had a great time at Grillstock. Folks seemed genuinely interested in the comp areas which was good to see. Everybody was super friendly and the wife and I enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back next year.

I have to say I am really looking forward to this too! Looking forward to sampling all the food and the music looks decent too. Booked a hotel in the city so the only thing I have to remember is to pace myself

Here's my table.
I used http://www.nakedwhiz.com/ceramicbuild.htm plans for my build, only made mine a little longer at 1.8m. I used pine and gave it a good coat of stain but we all now what winters are like here in the UK.

Id like to try them as they are the only place that I have seen selling whole packer briskets, but they are pretty pricey IMO! Do look good though! Have you bought much from them?
