I've never cleaned the inside of my smoker. Only the outside of my Pro Q. I use a spray cleaner, vim from wilkinsons. Does the job for me

What a great weekend. Thanks to Toby for his organisation and to all the other teams for making it such a brilliant and memorable time. It was really good to to see 19 teams to put the pressure on and keep us on our toes

They have some great ingredients for rubs - garlic powder, onion powders, paprika's, etc. I also like the Rib Eye's from my Bookers.

We have struggled to buy bulk onion powder in our bookers :(
