Think I'd go with Braai. Ribs are a good start and loins are really easy.

Other than that pulled pork from a pork shoulder.

Pork shoulder is very forgiving, but ribs give you many opportunities to test out when they are ready if you do a few slightly differently

I imagine without decent boxes a courier will just destroy it.

Annoyingly & without really thinking it through I've just recycled all the boxes the BGE came in!

Hi folks, so the BGE has arrived so this is now being offered for & thought I'd give the forum first refusal. If there is no interest, then I will pop it onto ebay next week.

It is 3 years old, and in perfect condition, never kept outside (apart from when cooking, obviously!) and had a waterproof ...

I did my first cooks simply using one of the charcoal dividers, wrapped in foil.

All in a few years.....run away now!!

Do the ceramics not get black & gungy like the WSM, seems weird to me that the pristine ceramics would get coated with smoker 'gunk'?

They go black inside, but it's more of a soot lining than a greasy build up. A lot of ceramics sell themselves as self cleaning, meaning when you're done with your ...
