welcome aboard. Im from Texas as well, Dallas. Im now living over in the UK (lincoln) with my wife but currently over in afghanistan. Can wait to get back home and throw some pig on the smoker but for now stuck with..... whatever soupy gruel or dry meated stuff they have us eating ...

I totally agree, we own a pub and always use the local butcher. He does really good meat but sadly not great baby backs. I think that is my favorite thing about moving over here to the UK is all the quality local butchers and meat, and of course the amazing weather

Yes lincolnshire is looking real nice for BBQ, maybe a competition should head our way?!?!?! me and my wife where treading on the idea of getting something going. We own a pub right next to a big camping site and many festivals are thrown around us.

thanks for the advice guys, I went to marko but they where out of ribs sadly. But right before I took the journey to cosco I decided to look online at butchers in lincoln and found a place called elite meats. I called he said "no proplem, you want them nice and meaty?" I finally found my butcher!!
