Hey scantily,
I'd have to agree regarding Stubbs sauce - readily available in costco...
I have an unhealthy addiction to good bbq sauces and Stubbs has got to be up there with the best...
Any other recommendations appreciated..

Aris,
No problem getting as whole packer brisket.
Just thought i'd try and get a bit of feedback regarding ELSCO and the quality of the produce they offer but looks like all i'm going to get is tips on reducing my carbon footprint....

Anyone else tried the East London Steak Co?????
I'm thinking about trying a packer and some short ribs myself from them but just wondering if its worth it or not. I can get a whole packer local and i have done before but just wonder if it would be a better cut and quality from Elsco?
