Found and ordered, thanks for that. As far as the fatty temp goes, I will bite the bullet and drive to currys/maplin /b&q and get a manual probe, probably come in handy in the future anyway

New probes for maverick?
My food probe for my maverick has bit the dust, does anyone know where I can get new ones? Also smoking a 2kg fatty at the mo without a food probe 240f and would like to know how long to cook as I'll have to guesstimate it.

I need some new gloves now as i have been using the gardening ones for quite some time but had to use them to hold the drain rods the other day and i dont fancy getting them near food ever again. Where did you get your rubber ones?
