Hi I've managed to blag an account at bookers.

I picked up two boxes of frozen ribs but they are frozen together.

Any tips on separating the frozen racks?

I'm Mike Mackie, i have just received a 57cm wsm to my surprise its the new 2014 model with the grommet! I have an iq110 and a maverick et733 in the post!

I plan to smoke in an external prefab shed.


Hopefully i'll smoke some pork shoulder this weekend!
