LOL, that was around before my Shack. I remember looking at it in CostCo and I think that put the idea in my head in the first place to build my own

Thanks, haven't ordered any ribs from the butchers yet but will let you know. Sounds like you got a good relationship with the Hurst butchers, always a good thing.

Have you tried the new butchers in Wokingham? Stefan's Butchers. I spoke to the main guy Christian and he seems clued up on the BBQ cuts and can supply unrolled brisket, baby backs and Spares.
