I'm Karl, new to smoking and have just treated myself to a Bristol Drum Smoker.
I have smoked some ribs and wings in my Weber kettle... but now I wanted to get a bit more serious!

I'm 27 and have loved consuming BBQ food for many years. Finally bought myself a Weber kettle BBQ so I can grill and smoke myself.
