Hi everyone,

I've been looking for a butchers near me in East Yorkshire for meat, and I've found that trotters place in Scarborough great for pork, however not found anyone that supplies beef yet and I'm wanting to try a brisket on the WSM this summer, has any come across anywhere?

Thanks for the welcome to the site, any ideas where we can buy chunks (not chips) of various smoking wood, also any ive read about better quality fuel lasting longer and maintaining better heat, any ideas which fuels are best?
