Sounds great make sure you post pictures as im very tempted in getting a big smoker unfortunately pennies dont allow at the moment

Thank you for the replies i will be attending the Bristol event and looking forward to picking up tips

after lots of reading off this forum i narrowed my choice down to either a ProQ or a WSM i went with the ProQ as i can always upgrade if everything goes well

never been to grillstock but looking into visiting is it a place for getting tips as a very novice smoker or is it very serious and people dont give much away ?
