Hiya all
Well i managed to cook it this weekend
I was not that thrilled with my first attempt while the chicken was nice and moist it did not taste much different to when it was done in the oven.
Any ideas how to get flavour all the way through the meat?

I did not get round to it this weekend shame as the weather was perfect.

Hiya all,
Newbie here lol
Well after a successful first cook of a Belly Joint at the weekend my next attempt is going to be Beercan Chicken.
I have been watching and reading a lot about it and think i am ready.

Hiya all,
Thanks for the advice.
I cooked the pork joint yesterday applied a dry rub and basted with Coke as i had no apple juice lol.
Turned out pretty good for a first attempt.
Unfortunately i forgot to take any pictures but i will next time

Thanks for the advice, forgot about the drip tray lol.
I think i am going to get some Chunks of wood and i right in thinking that its better not to soak the larger cuts of wood and just put a few pieces straight on the Coals?
