Been twice really enjoyed it. Pulled pork brisket bad burgers all good. Not tried ribs yets. Double cooked chips great. Love the American red beer served in jugs

Think I scored A rib eye joint
Went shopping last night at a local discounter. In a rugby scrum as these were brought out I grabbed this beauty. Rib Eye Joint off the bone 6.5 lb. marked up at £39. I paid £10!!!!!
Cannot be frozen so 4 thick steaks and a joint for Sunday
Cannot believe my luck.

I have been and enjoyed it. Twice cooked chips great as was the pulled pork burger. Burnt ends very enjoyable. American Red beer very drinkable. £30 bill for two quite reasonable. My mate enjoyed it so much he took his wife for her birthday. I plan to return soon

I have a really good butcher and asked for two meaty racks of ribs which I collected yesterday. Despite discussing when ordered a rack he had on display and asking for a meatier version he cut the racks onto individual ribs. We were both disappointed as he is so proud of his meat

The 732 is dual probe the 733 just has some more fancy settings on what meat you have cooking so probably won't use

If I'm cooking with heat beads or weber briquettes I've never had to add fuel and have had the WSM running for 15 hours plus. In terms of adding fuel I've always done the precarious hot squat wearing some welders gloves. I take it you were adding lit fuel? I've always found with a WSM that's lost ...
