ProQ Amigo
Hi there, new to smoking so i got a ProQ Amigo smoker as recommended. It looks like i don't have enough room for wood chunks but i have the JD wood chips and a ProQ oak chips, everywhere i read says put in tin foil or a smoke tin. Is it me being stupid but why cant i just put it on the coals once ...

Never buy any meat from any counter from supermarkets. I should know I work at the Sainsbury meat counter! Its always good to go local butchers and haggle. I get massive stack of ribs about 3-4lb worth for about £25-£30 which I think is pretty awesome. Ordering online I wouldn't know unfortunately

Hi Alex, I'm new as well but smoking isn't as hard as it seems there are loads of tips on what wood to use and other mental but tasty tricks. What smoker have you ordered?

Welcome, just need for the sun before the BBQ and Smoker to be out. I have a ProQ Amigo and its a beauty, would recommend it. Check this site http://www.forfoodsmokers.co.uk/ has banging deals and the guy can haggle with you on extras. I got a free bag of proQ oak chips and money off a cover

ProQ Amigo, was recommended when i was speaking to the seller so i cant wait to get the coals a burning and the smoke a smoking as i have also slow cooked my BBQ ribs and i want to add a Smokey flavour with a hickory and apple wood chip mash up.
