I'm afraid I don't know, but I'm quite interested in self-ageing the steaks. Have you got anymore info on how you're doing it?

Hi
Hello,
Just registered so thought I should say Hi.
I've just purchased a Webber Go Anywhere, so can now relegate/promote my old travel BBQ to be a dedicated smoker.
Looking forward to getting started
Thanks
