I have definetly noticed a much more distinctive smoke flavour after a night in the fridge. My first ever rib cook on my Dan Boone left me some what disappointed with the amount of smoke. Yes, that could be fun. I would hope we could do better than our golfers have recently,lol.. I will have a Green Mountain pellet grill next time I come over, so I can get back into the "Low and Slow".

Good Fish and Chips is hard to come by in the States. I can't think of any good places I have got them there except California and New England. Much easier to get great bbq. I just had my first ever Fish and Chips in Germany last week and it was pretty darn good..

Are you talking to the guy in Cedar Grove Tn. selling for $650 a ton? . I have seen his add before but have never heard anyone at any of the U.S. pellet sites mention them. His price is good. Welcome Hotdog from yet another American.. I am spending a few months in Germany and I was turned onto this site by a fellow pellet smoker and I am finding it really interesting.. Like Dr. Sweetsmoke I am from the west coast.

Yes, I also love our little Brats, my favorite finger food, literally. I like to throw a 12 pack on the grill whenever I bbq and just munch on them while I wait for the main course to finish.. Here the pellets seem a little cheaper and the grills a little more. Both quite a bit more ...
