First beer can chicken
Gunna give this a go tomorrow, got two chickens, my question is when is the best time to add meat and wood? I'm guessing you get the smoker to temp first? Then add wood and meat? Any advice for temp? I was thinking hotter as I'd prefer crispy skin

First smoke suggestions please
Have finally purchased a smoker, got a wsm 37 off eBay at a great price. I was wondering what would be a nice easy first smoke, just to get my head round the process but still end up with something tasty. Any ideas guys?

Yeh that was my original thought, seems a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Also woul be worried about getting hit with import/ shipping charges that arnt mentioned. I'll have a look at Macs seems a good bet. Is there any difference between the two models though? Or is the ranger just a new name for ...
