Any opinions on their performance.
I'm quite tempted but would like to know if there are any drawback etc.
Cheers

Hi to forum members.
My name is mark and this weekend I have begun building my first smoker.
I have a tech question on sealing the lid so is it best to post in the anyhting butt section?
I will do so and presume it will be moved if I am mistaken.
