It was a great show.So much so that I pulled over on the side of the road to listen to it in peace.It's nice to hear pieces like that and anything that brings barbecue away from burnt sausages and "i'll finish it off in the oven" can only be a good thing.

after reading this I wouldn't bother with soaking the wood chips at all:

the best way that I've found (so far) is to just replacing the spent woodchips from the smokerbox with fresh ones.

Is it just me or do the rubs on battlebox seem a tad expensive?
It's a pity that they don't do smaller sizes for evaluation purposes too.
