Excellent. I know the place and have received good reports from friends who until recently lived nearby in Mears Ashby. I will use Elliotts as I have done for years and they are closer. Good to have options!

Pretty pleased myself. Just need to get a bbq to cook those lovely cuts on. Probably Weber kettle. Probably later this month. Getting excited.

Just spoken to Richard who works at Elliotts in Kislingbury on 01604 831533. As a classic English butcher they aren't trained to cut the American styles but... if you contact them with clear instructions and give them time to prepare the cuts, they will probably be able to help.
