Braveheart, I just posted up my WSM 22" if your interested

Thought I would post up here before I put it in eBay.

WSM 22" , used about four or five times. Now been superseded by by Kamado Joe. This is in outstanding condition and gets cleaned after every use. Comes with the cover and I have the box as well.

Looking for £250 please.

Yes its a bit small.

There are some larger one on puritandoors.co.uk. The thing is they are so heavy when theyre bigger

My mistake. The heatbeads are £46 for 4 x 7kg bags , not 10kg

I tried to upolad pics of the tandoor but it says " Board quota limit exceeded" or something like that.

I can tell you though i bought it from Tandoori Q (am i allowed to say that on here ? ) it comes up in a google search anyway. Theres an offer on at the moment for £225 , its been on ...

The ribs look lush ! Any left ?! I cant get ribs like that where i live. Just Costco ones

I am about to stoke up my charcoal tandoor for some tandoori chicken and naan , plus an Indian spiced lamb leg on the Q.
With a couple of ales of course

the WSM is like a women i think . Takes a bit of getting used too and when you think youre there , all goes tits up !

But yes , i done a second pork butt at higher temp and it worked. Still took 6 hrs for a 3lb piece though , stalled for ages

My first smoke a couple of weeks ago was a right royal **** up !! 9 hrs in and still at 75c ! Ended up as a sliced pork joint and i used half a hickory tree to smoke it.

I had a much better go last week , and got the smoker temp up around 225c which helped.

I got it to 94 internal and pulled it and it was good. Another lesson learned there , allow plenty of time.

One thing i noticed as well. I had some coals unburnt on one side. This was from the side of the vent facing into the breeze. I will make allowances for that next time ...
