We love pulled pork from the freezer! Quick and easy meal when we're in a hurry. I think the flavor actually intensifies when re-heated.

18 hours for a medium-sized brisket at avg. temp of 210F! Turned out perfect

Have to agree that Sweet Baby Ray's and Stubb's are 2 of the best and most widespread. SBR does have HFCS, but you don't really taste it. I purchased a bottle of Killer Hogs at an event in Belgium and it was like drinking corn syrup
