I have a wooden peel but gave up on it. I just make up the pizza on one of those perforated pizza pans and pop it in. Cooks in about 4 to 5 minutes. Oven temp is around 330deg C.

Lidl in Harlow have 2x5kg bags for £4. Some also in Aldi in Harlow, £2.89 for 5kg. Not discounted yet.

Hi everybody,
I got a WSM in March with an unexpected insurance payout. Pretty good results so fare although the SO is not too partial to the smoky flavour apart from smoked salmon.
