Heat Diamonds in Morrisons. £2 a bag, compared to £4.50 at start of summer. I cleared out the shelves in the Morrisons in Port Talbot.

Anyone know of anywhere good to get brisket/pork shoulder/ribs etc in and around the Port Talbot/Swansea area without paying extortionate prices?

Anyone know of good pork shoulder/brisket/ribs/Jacobs ladder at decent prices in South Wales?

The title probably gives it away, but I am from South Wales - Port Talbot to be precise.

I am a newbie smoker with a home built smoker made from a galvanised steel dustbin and, so far, it has worked like a charm.

The online 'build a trash can smoker' guides all mentioned an electric hot plate, but ...
