Got my pro q frontier for Christmas...and I want to use it ASAP. As you all know it's cold and snowy and was wondering if anyone had any tips for smoking a brisket in the snow.

Thanks very much for this. This may sound like a daft question...but how hard is it smoking in the cold..we are looking at doing our first cook for new years eve or new years day

Hi everyone.

Have managed to persuade my wife to get me the frontier elite for christmas.

Am excited about cooking some ribs, brisket and buffalo wings smoking. (Cannot find any decent buffallo wings to cook anywhere though)

Does anyone have any tips or advice for a new smoker.
