has anyone done this low and slow? any recipes?

Im buying it now. hopefully it will give me a few good tips on how to use my offset smoker that im building.

It was really nice. Although I was left with massive food envy when I saw what someone else got. I got the pit burger because it has a bit of everything on it but next time I will get a plate of ribs and brisket. Looked so much better.

What did u pay for that? What's shipping like?

yeah ive found that one. looks very well thought out. there's also a guide to the lessons he learnt attached at the end of that guide. pretty good read

I've used solidworks to design these, that's why they look computer generated.
Will be made out of 5mm mild steel plate then powder coated with heat resistance paint up to 500 degrees ...
