It said 4-5 days in the text but the guy said he'd taken them out after 4.
I'm going to brine them tonight. Friday night will be 4 days so I'll just take them out Saturday and smoke them low n slow.

Heat beads briquettes. Take a while to get going, but, burn really hot and last for ages. I used to swear by Weber, but, these are far superior. You only get what you pay for!

Did you get your's from biomasshut? Where have you got your pellets from?

Yoder YS640 paid for today and Jamie at Biomasshut is arranging delivery for next Monday.

Biomass on Summer break until Friday. Will be ordering one then for the Monday week delivery.

The reason I asked was because the quote from biomass was £400 cheaper! BBQE wanted £200 carriage where as biomass is free delivery for starters.
