Thanks guys, I'm in the UK and nowhere near a dock etc sadly, however the eBay link looks good!

Can anyone recommend a company in the UK that sells reasonably priced drums which would be suitable for a UDS?

I'm just wondering - what's the best way to regulate temperature when grilling and smoking?

I've got an offset smoker which has a vent on the side - I'm assuming if I open the vent the temperature will rise? Is that the best way to do this? I've been told that keeping the temp at 150F and cooking ...
