I've had four probes through the door without problem, but have installed a 3/8" sensor grommet this year, which makes life a lot easier, and doesn't pinch the probe cables at all.

I picked up some of these, I've only had costco baby backs before, and these were quite different. these had wider bones and on the back side there was a triangle of meat and a triangle of membrane (which continued under the triangle of meat). They are pretty heavily trimmed, not much meat on them ...
