Morning folks!
Been smoking for about 18 months, ever since I got back from a trip to Tennessee. Man, they know how to BBQ! :o
Using one of those brinkmann smokers, they are pretty good for the money with a couple of 'tweeks'.
Haven't got any pics to hand, will try and put some up next week ...
