Beef skirt
It's a relatively new cut for me but must say I love it - anybody else? 10 mins each side on the bbq. Soft, flavoursome cut. Brilliant for cutting up and using in fajitas. Also had if served with rice or in a stir fry....just doesn't seem v popular at the butcher where I get it

I'm guessing if it's ...

Still convincing the missus that she wants to chip in for one, for my birthday but getting there.
Seems like gmg are the way. Also sounds like a good blend will sort me out and no need for having several bags to mix n mash flavours?
Out of interest, is it worth ...

Pellet smoker fuel
Hi again folks.
Thanks for all the advice so far.
I'm 90% sure I'm going to take the plunge with a daniel boone gmg.
What do people advise for fuel sources?
Looking on their website, they seem to have blends and separate wood types. Is it the same as whiskey? I've read the chart posted on this ...

Hi folks,
Stumbled across your forum and guess it's a Brill place to get advice.
A couple of years back, I bought an outback 4 burner gas grill. I really like it for the likes of sausages/burgers etc and have got used to it and can cook a mean sausage
I've tried a bit of smoking with it which ...
