Re: Re-heating ribs in the oven
I do two things with left over ribs.
1. When they are still warmish I remove most of the meat and cube it.
2. Keep the bones for late night snack over the bin after a few bevies.
I then reheat the ribs with more BBQ sauce in a pan and then serve on buns like pulled pork.

Re: Temps for pulled pork
Hi Fleagle:
I am new to all of this also and just bought a WSM in January. I smoked 2.5 kg of pork shoulder last weekend. I like to cook but have not got the knowledge yet to run a smoker for 16 hours over night on one charge without getting up in the middle of the night to check the water and ...

Hi BFD
I purchased the Lakeland Santoku knife and liked it so much I bought the entire set. They are not cheap, but they are not crazy expensive either. After a year they have never seen a dishwasher, and are all still scary sharp.

Just got a cool Christmas Present that is BBQ related
Hi All:
Just opened a really cool Christmas present from a company in the UK and can't wait to try them... 10 Cedar Wood Papers from this company:

I think we should support this type of business in the UK, so I will let you know how it goes but it is sure to lightly smoked.

Re: What's your favourite brand of BBQ sauce?
Once a year Costco stocks this sauce Cattlemen’s Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce which I think is the best I have ever tasted, and not too spicy for my daughter
