Re: Stacker for 18.5" WSM?

Just following up on this - I have concluded the Cajun Bandit stacker is the only viable option. Does anyone know of a UK distributor? Or if I contact Cajun Bandit and pay for shipping etc., is any one else interested?

BBQ Guru PartyQ for sale

I have just upgraded to a Flameboss 300 so my PartyQ is up for grabs. Great straightforward piece of kit that maintains the desired temperature amazingly well. I just couldn't resist the idea of monitoring it all remotely - hence upgrade. Collect from SW or central London.

Hi from Jon

Just to introduce myself before I pile in elsewhere are ask for advice. I live in London, but spend a chunk of time in West Sussex where I have a 18.5" WSM. I have had it a bit over 3 years now, and have cooked pulled pork, pork ribs, beef ribs, smoked chicken and most recently have tried brisket.
