I used an oxo with my brisket on Saturday, pretty good

Hello and thanks for allowing me to join the forum.
I only got seriously into BBQ in the last year and am loving it.
I'm not a bad indoor cook but I appreciate how much fun BBQ is.
I hope to learn from this site.

I'm Dave and am up in the north east (Teesside)
Been a keen cook a number of years and recently got seriously into BBQ'ing with pretty good results.

I am doing a low and slow brisket tomorrow, wish me luck!!
