Their course looks really good. Will stick with the one I'm on now (I've paid), the chef knows his stuff. But then next time can look at the second half of the Swines course - should know a bit more about what I'm doing then.

Well it's been a month or so. Thanks for the advice.
I started by smoking a chicken beer can method (good). Eating pink chicken feels wrong (smoke ring)
Moved in to pulled pork (needs some work on flavour, was good heated up with Apple juice).
Did some pulled lamb, delicious, didn't last the ...

Hi All,
Just unboxed and "assembled" (OK put the legs on) my new Pro Q Frontier Elite.

Just a quick bump for to thank the responders in here. Was going to ask the same question.
Complete noob. Should get my new proq frontier up and running over Christmas. Think I'll start with something cheaper, pork/ribs and move on to the brisket
