Hi guys I like the restaurant grade lump wood charcoal that comes in the 10/12kg blue bags. I get mine from the local wholesalers at around £12/14 a bag I think it is a pretty good all rounder imo it comes in big lumps that burn pretty slow or break them up for some faster grilling fuel.
