im from dublin, long time bbq-er,
back to the hobby after a few years of only a couple of bbqs a year,
currently, i do pulled pork, ribs, pigs in blankets etc
on my offset smoker (that aldi one, although modified!)
and do indirect/direct on a my huge odd oval kettle, its a huge cooking surface ...
