Hello all!
Any one out there with an off-set BBQ smoker?
I bought an Oaklahoma Joe, Highlander last year from ASDA online. its great for indirect cooking in the main chamber, but I cant seem to get the right heat using the "off-set" chamber.
Any thoughts?

Hi all,
Just bought an offset from Oklahoma Joes, over the last few days I’ve put it together, and started to do the mods, was going to season it today, but it’s snowing!
Looking forward to hearing any tips on cooking in this beast,
