I ordered a new charcoal basket the week before Jubilee Weekend, when it arrived I'd ordered the wrong one!!!!

Phoned Ian around 4.0 - 4.30 on the Thursday, he sent the correct one that night;- wait for it - he did not ask for CC details or ...

Families with a pig would cure and smoke once they'd killed an animal, but they wouldn't do that to the whole hog, they'd roast some 'normally' for the first few days, while they had chance.

My first Fatty, even if I say so myself the fatty was excellent and all 8 food tasters loved it.

Even had some left over for breakfast this morning, I'll certainly do that again.

Not very far from us, I'm in Radnage, 4 miles west of High Wycombe. As it happens I was in F Heath yesterday.

May have some crab apple wood, have a tree that came down a few years ago and need to try smoking with it.
