Could always try some pulled chicken?
De-boned chicken thighs are always great too

Re: Bristol Grillstock meet up
Hey guys!
Looking forward to meeting some more of you at Grillstock, should be another great event
Good luck to all those competing too.
It's held on the waterfront on concrete so no need for Wellies, although with the forecast it might not be a bad idea!
See you Sat!

Can't make the 26th April, but if there are any other judging classes going in the year then I'd be up for those!

Re: Maverick / Ivation ET332
Hmm, very odd indeed! Never heard of them before. Although having just dealt with a rather rude and slow Maverick's customer service, if Ivation are UK based it might be better if something goes wrong! The difference in customer service between Maverick and Big Green Egg when a friends probe went ...

Re: Too much rub?
Turned out pretty well in the end, bit too spicy and not the best flavour I've had on a set of ribs but nice texture & bite at least.
Chicken I was super happy with though, finally got nice bite through skin and super tender and juicy!

Re: Too much rub?
I think I could have let it melt in a bit longer but I was rushing as usual! It had about 25 minutes and I think It could have done with a bit longer. When it's fully melted in will it have a grainy appearance at all? or shiny/wet?
