Get to know your meats

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Get to know your meats

Post by Swindon_Ed »

One of the more common questions on here is "what cuts to ask the butcher for?"

Here is a guide to all the UK beef, lamb & mutton cuts along with cutting guide lines incase your bucher needs them.

I'll keep looking to see if i can find a simillar thing for pork.
