Kelvin's birthday today
so we did our first pulled pork and it was goooooood. It was a small rolled shoulder from Waitrose meat counter...unrolled it and applied rub and re-rolled it. We've just got ribs to do and then we've tried all the main things.
Happy Birthday Kelvin! I gave him his cold smoking gear today as a follow on from Christmas presents.
