Got some family and friends coming round tomorrow to watch footy on the telly then have something eat.
So I've just looked in the freezer and noticed that I've got a big piece of Silver side beef
Hmm, I wonder what I could do with it?
Answer: Its now in the process of defrosting with a view to BBQing it tomorrow.
I was just going to season it then place it on the BBQ.
I notice some people give their beef a pasting of mustard before cooking so will try that myself.
Has anyone else got any tips on how to BBQ a silver side joint of beef?
Any idea's are most welcome.
