Advice needed for my first UDS...

Hi all,

So after a few attempts at pork, I have come to the conclusion that if you want a set and forget cook for cheap money it has to be UDS...

Getting the drum and parts won't be an issue although cost will creap up if I'm not carefull - but what I want to do waist height 22mm ball valve. So what's the best option:-

I would like to go compression joints so what thoughts on a hex nipple thru drum with fibre washer strait into a compression elbow to 60cm worth of copper pipe with a pipe holder screwd into the drum up into a ball valve..

Any better thoughts?
