Hi all, I've noticed a few of the bigger bbq names on twitter braising their brisket after a time in smoke. Is this a common thing? No one on here ever mentions braising it.

Braising is the traditional way to cook a brisket over here I guess they are just sticking to their usual flavour profiles and keeping it like traditional bbq
