Smokin' Sunday

Postby clairbare » 08 May 2011, 20:30

Well today we cooked 8 rack of ribs, 2 whole chickens and about 20 thighs (Sorry no pics again)

overall a good cook and all the family loved the food

Still love this style of cooking :)

We have quite a few bits ticked off our Mayhem In May check list, Tent - check, smoker - check, duvet - check, booze - double check

Looking forward to the comp, more practice next weekend
