Save your money, just use a ss pizza pan on the grill top

Or better an old frying pan. Or if you want bling, one of the oblongish aluminium grills you put across your hobs.

We do that with pulled pork, chopped up brisket and beef skirt then add the cheese and get it in a wrap of a baguette..... OM NOM NOM

I use a cast iron griddle that sits over the gas burners but before that we used frying pans

I don't know so much, stainless steel plate goes a pretty rainbow colour when it gets hot ;)
