cooking steak advice

Somtimes it just has to be done, anyone fancy a ribeye?

This is where having a meat saw helps. I cut the meat off the bone, and essentially made rib-eye steaks. You are then left with beef ribs - which you can cook up any way you see fit :D

Hi All.
Aris has it right on this, having a decent butchery kit makes things a lot easier when you can buy large cuts of meat cheaply.
Bone Saw
Cleaver
Assorted Knives
But I do like Rib Steak bone in like Derek suggested, Cave Man all the way!!!!!!

Well I don't have a bone saw, but I do use a hacksaw, with a course blade, that is kept purely for kitchen use. (No its not for the wifes cooking, Keith).
Hasn't let me down yet.
I do have a lightweight cleaver and plenty of knives though.
TBH I haven't seen this chunk of meat yet, that will have to wait for Friday. Let you know what I plan then.. :D

I shouldn't have laughed when France got that last penalty..
Its being cut into a 3 rib and 2 rib and will be used for a low and slow.
Next time perhaps I can have my 60oz steak..:-(
